Green Hisotonius In captivity will eat algae disks, soft leaves of certain stem plants (i.e. Hygrophila polysperma) and shrimp pellets can be offered sparingly. Its available to be breed in the aquarium. They are easily identified by the striking green coloration. The males have more spotted pattern, less green & longer fins, slimmer than the female, while the female are very green & vent is shorter & blunt.
