How fast can the delivery Arrive?

while using Express delivery service, normally will arrive 1~3 days, while using for premium & freshbox service, it will arrive within 24~48hours.

Isit Safe during delivery?

it is safe as we pack them using polybox unless there’s a big delay causing by courier, but no worry, we do cover Death on arrival (Warranty)

Is there any offline shop for walk in？

if you’re from Johor bahru area, you may reach to our partner shop, j wild aquatic / nature inspiration in skudai area

how to claim death on arrival warranty?

you will need to provide an unboxing video with clear picture of the dead fish in the plastic for us to further assist in within 2 hours upon received.

do you ship to sabah & sarawak as well?

Not at the moment, as we fail to found any courier currently willing to proceed the livefish postage to there

when encounter d.o.a, do you support refund?

refund is only accepted when there’s a 100% Dead rate encounter when arrival.

do you provide extra pieces for the fish if purchase bulky?

yes, we will provide extra 1-2 if purchase bulky, but the extra 1-2 if encounter doa will not cover under warranty claim.

Do your Replacement is provided directly next day?

no, our doa replacement is usually replace in your next order, unless the doa rate exceed 50%.
