Ans: The livefish managed to stay in the parcel for 24 hours – 48 hours without being shaked, heated and other external caused.

3. WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED TIME FOR PRE-ORDER / BOOKING LIVESTOCK TO BE ARRIVED?

Ans: There is no any Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) for Pre-order product. Once the Pre-order product arrive, We will inform you immediately. Thank You.

4. DO YOU SHIP TO SABAH / SARAWAK & WHAT IS THE (ETA) FOR THE PARCEL?

Ans: Hi, we did ship to Sabah & Sarawak. The ETA will be around 2 – 5 days. We advised you to purchase more as we using bigger box to ship the parcel out. This will cost a lot of postage but able to ensure they are all alive.
