NON-LIVESTOCK RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Non-Livefish product are available to proceed with return / refunds once received with any brokens or defects. For return / refund purpose, you may connect with us towards our Whatsapp / Facebook Page or even Lazada shop. Refund action only proceed if the product defect with a very serious condition which unable to be returned.

things you need to know for return

  1. Delivery charges for return & reship parcel are bear by us if the NON-LIVESTOCK PARCEL are found to be defects.
  2. You are required to snap a clear video & send to us once you received the parcel in within 2 hours. Please remind us if you required more time for certain reason. (Eg. working hours, not around, emergency issue).
  3. Our customer service or any relevant staff will do a comparison of time you received parcel & issue prove of defects to take further action. Eg. return / refund / reject.
  4. If you heard a broken / defects sounds for some product during receiving the parcel, please inform us directly and start snaping a video during you unboxing the parcel.

LIVESTOCK RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Livestock are available to proceed with replace most of the times. This is because sometimes it is caused by the courier as the did not pay enough attention on what we remark on the parcel & in their system, thus caused delay. In this case, return parcel is not acceptable. You are required to follow the step below and take notice on below:

THINGS TO BE FOLLOW & NOTICE:

  1. Snap a clear picture / video of the DOA fish bag with a complete view of it. (Eg. the whole fish bag and the dead body in the fish bag)
  2. You need to send to prove to us within 2 hours after you have received the parcel. After the 2 hours start from receiving time, we will not be entertain.(Eg. you received on 2p.m. , you send to us on 4p.m. , we still entertain. Over 4p.m. we will not entertain).
  3. We are be informed that if the parcel arrived, and you refuse to pick-up, there is no any refund acceptable.
  4. If the parcel arrived your place, and we be informed that you did not pick up any phone calls or you request the courier to leave it at lobby (Leave it at hot place for more than 30 minutes), we do also will reject your replacement / refund request as this is your responsible to keep them into a comfortable & cold environment after receiving them.
    5. Refund is only proceedable when the Livefish is all death upon received & been informed in between 2 hours after received. If there is only few DOA, you are be advised to wait for replacement on your next order.
